Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of 8 10 years of relevant experience in SAP TM At least 1 full cycle implementation in S/4HANA TM ( decentralized or centralized) Ability to work with multi lingual and multi cultural teams with Excellent communication skills Experience in a continuous manufacturing industries preferred Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can do attitude ¿ adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness Job Description: Facilitate the implementation of SAP S/4HANA TM and integrate with other S/4HANA modules Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Well averse with SAP S/4HANA TM functionalities such as forwarding order management, logistics integration, freight order management, freight planning, scheduling and other processes including integration with other S/4HANA modules such as MM,SD and FI. Well averse about Activate methodology for implementation and fiori apps implementation Prepare and conduct workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements Able to Design, customize, configure and testing of CO processes Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objects Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical team at offshore.
