Job Description
We are looking for a high-potential HR Trainee who is proactive, solution-driven, and eager to optimize HR processes. This role is designed for someone who can balance administrative work with independent contributions and leverage automation and smart working methods to enhance efficiency. As an HR Trainee, you will support administration, and internal engagement activities while also exploring ways to automate routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Job Description
Administration (80%):
Office Management
- Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
- Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
Operations
- Proceed, follow up and update payment request
- Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
- Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
- Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
- Process Improvement & Smart Working: Identify ways to automate repetitive tasks and optimize administrative workflows.
Internal Communication (20%):
- Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
- Content Creation: Support internal HR newsletters, employee spotlights, and company-wide announcements.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
- 3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
- Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Immediate English skills
- Eager to learn and can-do attitude
- Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, excellent time & task management
- Proactive, autonomous, hard-working, ownership, integrity, supportive
- Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus
- Can commit 6-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
