We are seeking a proactive and versatile Front Office All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and across front office. You will be responsible for the check-in/check-out processes, answer inquiries, and assist with any requests or concerns. Address any issues or conflicts that arise, aiming for swift and effective resolution. Understand the hotel facilities and their locations as well as understanding Sydney and the locations to visit when a guest inquires.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that our guests and clients receive excellent service and that the front office operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Basic Opera/Opera Cloud knowledge
- Strong verbal & non-verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Flexibility to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
