Remote Part-Time Teacher | WFH Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and certified educators based in Utah who are interested in a fulfilling and adaptable remote teaching position. Our organization is currently welcoming applications for future part-time Teacher roles, ideal for those who are committed to motivating students, personalizing learning experiences, and collaborating effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly motivation and accountability to students
• Offer tailored educational resources to meet individual student needs
• Maintain communication with parents via email to offer guidance and support
• Conduct synchronous learning sessions for both small and large groups of students
• Create engaging lessons and activities that enhance the educational experience
• Mentor students enrolled in designated courses
• Provide tutoring assistance as required
• Identify students at risk and implement intervention strategies
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share knowledge and best practices

Required Skills

• Current teaching certification
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong passion for individualized learning and student advancement
• Approachable, organized, and patient teaching style
• Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
• Ability to swiftly learn and effectively navigate online educational platforms
• Highly self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam
• Availability of 15-20 hours weekly, during core business hours (10 AM – 3 PM MT)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (must reside in an approved location)
• Experience with non-traditional or online education programs is advantageous

Qualifications

• Must hold a current teaching certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
