We are seeking an enthusiastic results-oriented individual to contribute to Crowe Soberman’s digital growth by crafting compelling proposals and managing our CRM activities. With a focus on business development, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in achieving the firm’s growth objectives through the creation of strategic marketing collateral including newsletters, social media copy, and internal communications. The successful candidate must be able to commute to office a minimum of one day per week, and more on occasion to meet the needs of the role.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Help create, write and edit Crowe Soberman’s upcoming thought leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize RFP requirements into clear written content while working alongside partners to understand engagement opportunities and win new business
  • Build and execute external communications across automated channels, create tailored distribution lists for social media targeting and e-blast campaigns through our CRM platform
  • Devise strategies that improve key KPIs such as Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, Bounce Rate, Deliverability, etc.
  • Create various forms tied to marketing initiatives including surveys, sponsorship request forms and business card collection forms
  • Manage sponsorship requests by coordinating between organizations and Crowe Soberman to ensure logos are provided, payment information is received by finance, and ads are created
  • Support internal events onsite, ensuring a consistent brand experience
  • Various administrative tasks as needed to support the Marketing team

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience in marketing or business development
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and produce results in time sensitive situations
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and marketing automation experience
  • Familiar with proposal writing and execution
  • Professional services experience is an asset
  • Able to work overtime as needed to support the goals of the team
