- Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators for Shopee’s Video platform.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent, such as conceptualizing campaigns and initiating engagement events.
- Focus on creator growth and development while providing ongoing support for all their needs.
- Coach creator on how to improve their performance, train them on relevant tools, and align them with company policies and local strategy.
- Gather feedback from creators to implement improvements for the overall program, identify opportunities to improve SOP and creator tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.
- Knowledgeable and able to navigate content driven platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
