  • Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators for Shopee’s Video platform.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent, such as conceptualizing campaigns and initiating engagement events.
  • Focus on creator growth and development while providing ongoing support for all their needs.
  • Coach creator on how to improve their performance, train them on relevant tools, and align them with company policies and local strategy.
  • Gather feedback from creators to implement improvements for the overall program, identify opportunities to improve SOP and creator tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 1+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and able to navigate content driven platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
