Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and develop communication materials for internal communications org-wide, in line with the Cebu Pacific branding guidelines.
- Support day-to-day internal communication requirements of various departments and the whole organization.
- Lead, develop, and execute integrated communication plans, including strategies using all possible channels to reach employees with the right messaging in a timely manner. This includes management of timelines, tracking, reporting status, measurement of effectiveness, etc.
- Serve as a SME for the voice, tone and branding guidelines of Cebu Pacific.
- Promote organization-wide events and engagement activities, internal programs through an effective execution of various communication materials through all possible channels and formats available.
- Execute Leadership Communication initiatives such as Town Hall Meetings, Kapihan Sessions, etc.
- Support other departments in driving or campaigning employee engagement initiatives and/or programs.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, reports, and other administrative tasks needed.
- Manage Cebu Pacific internal digital channels and focus on the optimization of digital tools and platforms.
- Lead and/or participate in brainstorming of initiatives and/or programs that promotes a better employee experience for the Cebu Pacific community.
- Assist in creating internal communication plans during crisis and/or emergency events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field in employee engagement and/or internal communications. Must have experience in events management and producing content and copywriting.
- Preferably with intermediate to advanced proficiency in using multimedia applications such as Canva, Adobe Suite/Photoshop and other video editing tools.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but on a hybrid work environment.
