Senior Executive – Trade Marketing will support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and various BTL marketing activities with the aim to meet the sales objectives on the short and mid-term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & implement Trade and BTL marketing initiatives through collaboration with Sales team and external partner.
  • Deploy successful Trade and BTL marketing campaigns and ensure their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Report on progress and issues to stakeholders.
  • Create, innovate and respond to market needs in the specific country with the aim to support Sales to drive sales & desired growth.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns with frequent visits to market.
  • Support to manage and monitor allocated Budget for each activity and plan promotional activities to cater market need.
  • Perform market analysis and reports, provide training and become key resource person at external events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing and/or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, execution and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in working with KOL of medical associations/institutions
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Good planning & coordination skills to work with different stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Frequent business trips & customer visits are required.
