What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide sales and sales support interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Document issues and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries related to order management, customer billing, and pricing
• Actively redirect incoming callers to self-service options and perform proactive outbound follow-up communications
• Process orders and other related tasks as needed to meet client needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proper grammar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous call center experience
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution
• Demonstrated customer service skills as a self-starter
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and use time effectively
