What You’ll Do

As a Learning & Development Manager in the manufacturing sector, your role will be pivotal in shaping the learning culture within the organisation. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is essential, as is experience in project management and budgeting. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required. Strong communication skills are crucial for this role, along with critical thinking abilities and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting

  • Strong communication skills with a proficiency in public speaking
