Job Description:

  • Heavy focus on calendar management, including daily/weekly/monthly meetings and multi-level meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Responsible for providing direct support in planning and implementing the duties of the Marketing & Communications Director, being his immediate assistant in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the team and other departments as well as with external stakeholders
  • Appropriately manage information of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ad hoc Projects

 

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritizing
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Preferably, previous experience in Marketing or Sales positions
  • Excellent level of the English language
  • Advanced MS Office applications skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and identify solutions
  • Proactive and able to multi-task
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations, interacting with a wide range of people
