Are you a sales enthusiast ready to kickstart your career and grow into an Account Executive role within 6-12 months? At Optiply, we believe the foundation of sales success lies in mastering the art of prospecting and deeply understanding our products and customers. That’s why we’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

This Is What You’ll Be Doing

In your first 6-12 months:

  • Learn the Basics of Sales and Product Knowledge: Dive deep into understanding Optiply’s software, its features, and the value it brings to customers.
  • Master Prospecting: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Hone Your Outreach Skills: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and spark interest in Optiply.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and understand how sales cycles unfold.
  • Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools to log activities, analyze data, and optimize approaches to deliver measurable results.

After Successfully Demonstrating Your Capabilities In This Phase

  • Transition to an Account Executive Role: Take on the responsibility of managing your own sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing deals with potential clients.

This Is Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • You thrive on making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.
  • Resilient and persistent, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and excited to engage with potential clients.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
