About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Technical Engineering with deep expertise in infrastructure, manufacturing, global supply chain logistics, and security, particularly with AWS cloud technologies. This is a key leadership position focused on driving the technical integration and optimisation of global operations, with responsibility for ensuring secure, efficient, and high-performing systems across all production facilities and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee global supply chain integration, manage outsourced teams, and ensure that all technical operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with the company’s business transformation objectives. You will also take responsibility for internal IT operations, including data centres, cybersecurity, and ensuring the scalability of critical systems globally. Your leadership will guide teams through change management processes and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
