What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and scale the sales function while managing your own pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with internet entrepreneurs, coaches, and mentors to onboard them successfully.
- Build and refine a repeatable, scalable sales model to accelerate growth.
- Optimize sales strategies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.
- Foster a strong sales culture focused on results and collaboration.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance and improve key sales metrics.
- Leverage data to optimize conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve retention.
- Work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy.
- Provide feedback to improve offerings and enhance customer success.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups.
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to develop and optimize sales processes for scale.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
