Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement methodologies, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • A relevant degree with two years’ experience, or equivalent expertise through experience, education, or training.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to design and develop technical and process solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Quick learner with experience configuring information systems for user-friendly data delivery, capture, and workflow.
