Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team of amazing and talented IT professionals .

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various roles, including software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and other tech-related positions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through traditional and innovative recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit with client requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand the specific needs of clients and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure quick turnaround times to meet urgent client needs and maintain a high placement rate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technology to continuously improve recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an outsourcing or staffing agency.
  • Proven track record of hiring IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminologies (e.g., software development, network engineering, etc.).
  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
