Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to join our QUBA team. This full-time role requires 1-3 years of work experience and will be based in Faridabad, Delhi. The position involves servicing, repairing, and installing QUBA home appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product functionality. The ideal candidate should possess field technician skills and a solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Field technician skills essential for efficient troubleshooting of appliances (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems to effectively diagnose and repair appliances.
  • Diploma in Electrical or a related field to qualify for the technical demands of the role.
  • Proficiency in electrical and electronic repair work, ensuring that all products function optimally.
  • Experience as a service engineer in home appliances or similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Capable of installing and setting up QUBA products, aligning with the company’s quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and provide instructions or answer inquiries.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on QUBA home appliances at customer premises.
  • Travel to customer locations within the Faridabad and Delhi regions to provide service support.
  • Diagnose technical issues in appliances and implement timely and efficient repair solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of service and repair work for future reference.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving product-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to align repair processes with company standards.
  • Stay updated with advancements in home appliance technologies and industry best practices.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling electrical systems and appliances to ensure a safe working environment.
