Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
- Oversee sales and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective cost control.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and timely updating of all financial transactions.
- Process and monitor purchase orders, invoices, and receipts while ensuring timely payments.
- Track and record expenses accurately, categorize expenses, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and maintain professional correspondence with banking partners, resolve any banking issues,
- Report generation and updation.
