Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
- Organize and maintain office records for easy retrieval and compliance.

Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings, send out invitations, and prepare detailed agendas.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute them to participants promptly.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing office events, including logistics and communications.
Travel Arrangements: Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for employees as needed.
Follow-ups and Reporting: Follow up with concerned teams, track progress, and ensure task completion.
