Designation : Executive/Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition (3rd Party Payroll)

Location : Outskirts of Ahmedabad (Transportation available from Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for technical and blue-collar roles including machine operators, assembly workers, technicians, and more.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, local recruitment events, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and arrange in-person interviews to assess technical and practical skills.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements, and create clear, accurate job descriptions.
  • Foster relationships with local schools, training centers, and vocational programs to build a talent pipeline for future hires.
  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for high-turnover roles, ensuring the shop floor is adequately staffed.
  • Handle the administrative side of recruitment including job postings, interview scheduling, and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor trends, wage standards, and any relevant legal requirements for the blue-collar workforce.
