What We Need: We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our advertising team who’s not just about the usual admin tasks, but someone who can bring energy, creativity, and forward-thinking capabilities to this full-time role. This is a rare opportunity to combine administrative skills with a flair for key stakeholder management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Excellence: You’ll be handling typical EA duties like managing calendars, administrative tasks, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the executive team.
  • Corporate Hospitality: From identifying and coordinating exciting hospitality opportunities to managing invite lists for key events, you’ll ensure our VIPs are always well taken care of.
  • Travel Coordination: You’ll be the go-to for travel arrangements for the advertising team – ensuring seamless trips with a personal touch!
  • Client Relations & Databases: Keep track of our key clients and maintain client databases. Building strong, lasting relationships will be at the heart of what you do.
  • Internal Events: You’ll organise memorable internal events that bring the advertising team closer together – think team-building events, social gatherings, and much more!
  • Expense Management: Keeping things within budget and on track – you’ll manage expenses for the team like a pro!

What You Bring:

  • A Forward-Thinking Attitude: You don’t just wait for tasks; you anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
  • Previous experience in a PA or EA role.
  • Outgoing Personality: You know how to balance hard work with having fun – and you can handle social events with style and professionalism.
  • Balance & Professionalism: While you’re friendly and approachable, you know how to maintain professionalism when it matters most.
  • Team Player: Build strong relationships with the CSO and other team members, becoming the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
