Job Summary
Asia SS Industries is seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee service activities, lead technician staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, drafting professional emails, and conducting site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Supervise and guide technician staff in performing maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure team compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Draft and respond to emails regarding service requests and updates.
- Conduct site visits to assess and address customer needs.
Service Operations
- Plan and oversee all service activities, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for service visits and repairs.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards.
Documentation And Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and submit service reports to management as required.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in service management or related roles in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely resolution of service requests.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Efficiency in managing service operations and technician productivity.
Work Environment
- Location: Wadgoan Sheri Pune 411014
- Working Hours: 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Working Days: Monday To Saturday
