Required Skill

Knowledge of panel designing

Knowledge of eplan and 2D/3D CAD software is must

Knowledge of field instrumentation, PLC, DCS and industrial communication is additionally required

Knowledge of electrical faults and relevant calculations

Understand the need of client/specification from consultants

Carry out and necessary changes in estimated panels/project as per client/consultants comments

Generate necessary single line diagrams with relevant calculations

Update bills of material for the panels/project, if required

Generate the detailed general arrangement diagram (2D/3D) for the panels/project

Generate detailed engineering documents (GA drawing, Bill of material, wiring diagram, IO list, system architecture) for panels/project for approval

Communication and technical discussion/justification with client/consultant

Release documents for the procurement and production activities

Generate and release engineering change notes (ECN) for changes in the panels/project under execution

To review and validate technical feasibility of new and equivallent products to be used panels/project

To review, comment and approve detailed engineering of out-sourcing vendor

To geneate as built documents of panels/project

To assist technically during inspection of panels/project

To assist during commissioning of project

To assist estimation team for peratation of quote
