Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics/Biology/Chemistry for senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams and internal assessments.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and lab experiments.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive learning.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Physics/Biology/Chemistry from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using smart classrooms and online teaching tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.
