Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven expertise in CCTV Installation with a minimum of one year experience handling various types of equipment and settings.

  • Capable of configuring security cameras with knowledge of system software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Solid understanding of video surveillance systems, including components, installation, and system integrity verification.
  • Proficient in providing technical support, both remote and onsite, with a focus on rapid problem solving.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly analyze, diagnose and find solutions for camera and network issues.
  • Customer service skills are crucial to manage client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Knowledge of IP Cameras and their integration with various security systems, including setup and maintenance.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems including analog and IP-based solutions for various locations.
  • Conduct routine checks and tests of all installed surveillance equipment to ensure all systems are operational.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by clients related to CCTV systems, providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the technical team to develop best practices and continually enhance service delivery.
  • Provide detailed documentation of service and maintenance activities, keeping comprehensive records for future reference.
  • Assist in the configuration and upgrading of video surveillance software and hardware when required.
  • Train end-users and clients on functional operations and system settings to enhance system usability and security awareness.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology developments in CCTV and surveillance systems, incorporating innovative solutions into practice.
