HR Manager Position – Mental Healthcare Technology Innovation

Unpaid role for 2 months, salary from 3rd month

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with Indian labor laws and global best practices
  • Create and manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits structures
  • Establish performance management systems and career development frameworks
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives for technical and therapeutic roles
  • Develop training and development programs focusing on mental health awareness
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Create and maintain HR documentation and reporting systems
  • Build and nurture company culture aligned with mental health values

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/MBA from tier-1 institutions
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or technology startup preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and management
  • Certification in HR Analytics preferred
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification highly valued

Work Arrangement

  • Month 1: Remote work
  • Month 2 onwards: Required relocation to Bangalore
  • Office Location: Jigani, Bangalore
