HR Manager Position – Mental Healthcare Technology Innovation
Unpaid role for 2 months, salary from 3rd month
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with Indian labor laws and global best practices
- Create and manage employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Establish performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for technical and therapeutic roles
- Develop training and development programs focusing on mental health awareness
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Create and maintain HR documentation and reporting systems
- Build and nurture company culture aligned with mental health values
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/MBA from tier-1 institutions
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or technology startup preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS implementation and management
- Certification in HR Analytics preferred
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification highly valued

Work Arrangement
- Month 1: Remote work
- Month 2 onwards: Required relocation to Bangalore
- Office Location: Jigani, Bangalore
