Position Title: HR Recruiter Executive

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Reports To: HR Recruiter- Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The HR Recruiter Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the companys reputation as best place to work.
  • Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
