Job Description
- Organize influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment on vision and strategy
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results
- Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, including negotiating fees and terms of work
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
- Oversee campaign logistics and operations, including product shipments and event arrangements if necessary
- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative
- Minimum 1 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, particularly those involving influencers
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with influencers and clients
- Experience using campaign management and analytics tools
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines
