Job Description

  • Organize influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment on vision and strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, including negotiating fees and terms of work
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Oversee campaign logistics and operations, including product shipments and event arrangements if necessary
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, particularly those involving influencers
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with influencers and clients
  • Experience using campaign management and analytics tools
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines
