Customer Service Representative

Job Description

As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for entering orders via an order entry program and maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts. You will also establish professional relationships with prospects and customers and generate the forms management report and other weekly reports to sales representatives. You will resolve product shipping and billing problems and maintain complete customer files for sales.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the system.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to assist clients efficiently.

Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism while managing client interactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.

Qualifications

Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Experience in customer support and client services

Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling

Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

Previous Experience In a Call Center Environment Is Preferred

Pay: $21.39 – $35.41 per hour depending on experience
