Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the system.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to assist clients efficiently.
Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism while managing client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
Experience in customer support and client services
Excellent phone etiquette and data entry capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
Previous Experience In a Call Center Environment Is Preferred
Pay: $21.39 – $35.41 per hour depending on experience
