In this Manager, Creative and Content role, you will

As a Manager, Creative and Content, you’ll report to the Head of Small Business and Digital Marketing in the Business and Private Bank Marketing team. You will lead a team of Creative and Content experts and be a subject matter expert yourself to develop high calibre communication briefs and manage the campaign development process from briefing, concept development to final delivery of assets and ongoing optimisation, as well as being a key contact for creative and media agencies. Coaching and supporting your team will be an key driver of your success.

Key Accountabilities Underpinning Your Success In This Role Are

  • Supporting and coaching a team of creative and content experts
  • Collaborate on the strategic approach and processes relating to the Business and Private Bank Marketing Program
  • Assessing the capacity of the team and allocating work appropriately across the team based on capacity, capability and goals to deliver quality campaigns at pace
  • Delivering and driving the successful production of end-to-end creative and content assets in collaboration with colleagues, creative and media agencies that drive growth and customer advocacy.
  • Looking out for ways to work more effectively
  • Manage the reporting and optimisation of creative and content program
  • Monitoring and managing creative and content budget
  • Managing the compliance and sign off process with brand, legal and management assurance
  • Contributing to team harmony and culture

What You Will Bring

With 10+ years’ experience in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, you will have a natural flair for creative excellence, outstanding communication, influencing and relationship building skills that enable you to effectively influence and engage stakeholders. You will have a solid understanding of and experience managing the campaign development process including brand, 1:1 and content marketing, coupled with a passion for customers and the ability to communicate with influence. You will also have experience working with creative agencies (agency side highly valued) and enjoy working as part of a team.
