Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive, data-oriented marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and fosters growth in brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, refining strategies based on insights to ensure optimal marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including lead management in HubSpot, while collaborating with the RevOps team to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
  • Safeguard the integrity of our brand by ensuring consistency and authenticity in all messaging and touchpoints.
  • Lead the formulation of compelling messaging and positioning that connects with target demographics and differentiates our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives that transform prospects into loyal customers through multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising and events.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure seamless alignment on revenue objectives and pipeline goals.
  • Establish a customer advocacy program that highlights success stories and leverages testimonials to amplify brand communications.
  • Create a vibrant customer community to foster collaboration and brand loyalty through various events and forums.
  • Implement strategic marketing initiatives for partners to expand market demand and explore co-marketing avenues.
  • Direct go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning and market penetration.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that positions our company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Plan and execute annual customer conferences and key events to strengthen client relationships and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI evaluation.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams in fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Deep knowledge of growth marketing, demand generation, and business development strategies.
  • Experience in inbound marketing practices and account-based marketing (ABM).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in scaling marketing organizations, especially within Series B or growth-stage companies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
