Position Summary
- The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading marketing efforts and driving growth, strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Online Gaming or ecommerce industry.

- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Functional Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Define and maintain the brand identity for Solaire Online Casino ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our unique value proposition.
- User Acquisition: Oversee all aspects of user acquisition campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotional activities. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and drive growth.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Set clear goals and expectations and empower team members to excel in their roles.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and user acquisition, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
Key Competencies And Skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user growth and engagement.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Passion for online gambling and a strong understanding of online gaming culture and trends.
