Job Description

Overall Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all company standard operating procedures are strictly implemented and maintained.
  • Assigns and trains staff in performing duties and responsibilities.
  • Assists in developing bar and beverage menu
  • Ensures that available facilities are adequate for performance of duties by assigned personnel.
  • Studies, evaluates all operational deviations and suggest ideas for improvements.
  • Ensures and enforce all company directives, policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Manager and outlet Manager.
  • Liaise with other hotel sub departments.
  • Plan and organize workflows.
  • Serves as a role model for employees through teamwork support, attention to detail, quality control and interactions with guests and team member to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
  • Monitor and improve work flow operations
  • Knows and observes the outlet’s flow of service considering the Operations Manual, and supervises the service of staff on daily basis
  • Takes responsibility for all monthly inventories
  • Identify, resolve, respond to guest complaints and conflict situations

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as Supervisor, supervise or similar position in a five star establishment
  • At least 4 years’ experience in F&B in a five star establishment
  • English communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Detail oriented, excellent organization and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, Avero and Netview point
  • Knowledge in F & B operations
  • Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
