A cyber security company in Raanana is looking for a skilled Professional Services Engineer to join their team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of their most strategic customers.
You will lead both short- and long-term projects at client sites, implementing their cutting-edge solutions in the cyber security industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical integration of the existing platform.
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure proper integration and obtain product owner approval.
- Analyze business needs to ensure product owner requirements are well-understood.
- Provide regular updates to Project Managers on project deliverables.
- Support the operational team with integration tasks and new requirement launches.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in technical integration, system administration, or post-sale activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Advantageous: Experience in the cyber security industry.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with CyberArk, ForcePoint, or MFT products.
