Description Of The Position
Responsible to ensure DEMDACO adheres to specific customer compliance requirements within the supply chain process. Works closely with Sales, Order Management, Distribution, and Transportation to ensure successful on-boarding of new customers. Monitors incompliance trends and creates mitigation plan for implementation.

- Gain thorough understanding of customer vendor/routing guides and requirements. Communicates customer updates to internal and external supply chain functions impacted to ensure compliance and reduce fine risk.
- Proactively identify areas of potential risk of non-compliance and works with internal teams to ensure vendor guideline compliance to avoid penalties through various portals and supplier scorecards.
- Gather data and conducts analysis with the goal of validating our vendor performance to the customer, spot trends and reduce the number of non-compliance violations.
- Facilitate the identification and implementation of process improvements that mutually benefit the customer and Demdaco. Perform on-site Demdaco and/or customer visits to look for improvement opportunities and/or resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Distribution to identify and implement opportunities for development, training and issue resolution resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators such as order accuracy, on-time delivery and chargebacks.
Qualifications

Education/Experience
- Four-year degree preferred or comparable experience.
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes
- 3+ years Supply Chain Distribution related experience
- ERP system experience
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and customer portal systems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with customers
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and drive process improvements
