SCOPE:
The Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce & ERP will provide essential support across multiple business systems, managing help tickets and assisting users to optimize their experience with ERP and CRM platforms, including but not limited to DM2, Sage 100, Great Plains (GP), SkyBitz, Salesforce, PDI, and SQL. This role operates in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are key. SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES & DELIVERABLES
- User Support and Troubleshooting: Assist users with help tickets across ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring prompt issue resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions that enhance productivity and system usability.
- Data Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain accuracy across systems, resolving any discrepancies in data records or permissions.
- Training and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing questions and helping them fully leverage system features.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and track key performance metrics.
- System Enhancements: Configure and test system updates and enhancements as new features are released, or custom changes are needed.
- System Integration: Assist in integrating multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Documentation: Monitor and document system configurations, processes, and solutions to maintain a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator or Senior Salesforce Administrator
- Experience in ERP and CRM Support: Demonstrated experience supporting ERP and CRM systems, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and evolving processes.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with users and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
- Proactive Problem Solving: A forward-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools to support data integrity and provide insights through metrics reporting.
- Prior experience with system integrations and process automation within an ERP/CRM environment.
- Proven Salesforce experience is required

- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, with the ability to reach with hands and arms.
