Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle – from drafting and reviewing to execution and compliance.
- Draft and refine contracts such as renewal amendments and statements of work.
- Ensure smooth contract operations by organizing internal meetings and improving processes.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track compliance and contract changes.
- Serve as the go-to expert for internal teams, providing guidance and training on contract-related matters.
- Support the Legal & Shared Services teams with research, documentation, and best practices.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Analyst, or in a similar role. (Healthcare, SaaS, or telecom experience is a plus.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong writing and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
