Department: Production
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Trained, certified, and meets productivity and quality standards for the task defined below:
- Reads and redacts agency records for release under statutes and agency policies and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned and required to maintain unit operations.

- Some positions will require the performance of other essential functions depending upon work location, project or shift.
- Exhibits flexibility with the work schedule.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Operate standard office equipment such as scanners, computers and copiers.
- Work cooperatively with co-workers
- Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language.
- Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.
Education/ Required: 4 year post secondary education, or equivalent experience.
Licensure/
Credentials
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 year of age or older
Preferred: Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

Required: Previous work experience using a computer
Preferred: Experience in the copy or imaging industry a plus.
