NEN, owned by Japan-based arcade company GENDA, is the nation’s dominant amusement vending service provider. Over its 30+ year history, NEN has defined front-end retail and restaurant entertainment with a diverse portfolio of offerings including skill-crane games, capsule toy/confection stands, video games, and kiddie rides. NEN has over 55,000 machines in over 15,000 locations across the country.

This person will contribute to our success by preparing and processing licensing forms. This person is responsible for ensuring licensing compliance within jurisdictions.

Starting pay $25.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

  • Maintains compliance records and prepares machine-licensing forms for amusement and vending machines locations
  • Processes license applications and renewals
  • Prepares check requests, mails licenses with checks, and files appropriate records
  • Responsible for handling inquiries and correspondence from various taxing authorities
  • Researches new jurisdictions and maintains compliance with current jurisdictions
  • Prepares personal property tax returns
  • Assists with other duties as assigned
  • Regular, reliable attendance required
  • Requires working on-site at Corporate office location in Louisville, CO

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to type, file
  • Excellent Excel and Word skill required
  • Highly dependable, needing little supervision
  • Experience with PTMS and Microsoft Dynamics preferred

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Some college preferred
