Job Description
Role Objectives
The Distribution Processor will primarily be assigned to a specific distribution platform- 403b Aggregator Processing or 401(k) Distribution Processing. They will demonstrate the ability to process multiple distribution types with accuracy and maintain/meet timely processing goals.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Retrieves distribution/loan/transfer forms ready for processing
- Reviews Plan data and determines eligibility of withdrawals
- Accurately determines the correct means of processing various withdrawal types
- Communicates dearly with internal departments on items needed for processing
- Keeps distribution logs and CRM current with up-to-date notes
- Compiles and understands reports relating to distributions
- Creates new participant loans
- Makes determinations on hardship withdrawal requests with assistance
- Generates Required Minimum Distribution reports
- Actively participates in recommended training

- Knowledge of IRS regulations relating to retirement plans

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experienc
- Relevant work experience relating to accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
