? What You’ll Do

? Deliver consulting services online, on-site, and off-site, depending on client needs ?

? Design & implement Performance Management Systems for businesses ?

? Conduct data analysis and provide strategic insights ?

? Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and reports for clients ??

? Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to upskill professionals ?

? Build & maintain strong client relationships while driving business growth ?

? Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project efficiency ?

? Act as a thought leader through writing articles, speaking at events, and hosting webinars ??

? What We’re Looking For

? 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business performance, or related fields

? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or similar

? Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills ?

? Experience in stakeholder management & consultative selling is a plus

? Fluent in English (Arabic is highly beneficial!) ?

? Willingness to travel locally & internationally as needed ??
