Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to Managers in Training (MITs) and Training Managers.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster the successful application of key training programs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Assist in the development of training curricula, monitor progress, and evaluate participant comprehension to encourage continuous improvement.
• Lead training initiatives such as Training of Trainers (TTT) classes and follow-up sessions.
• Collaborate with franchisees and culinary teams to support recipe development and group training efforts.
• Update current training materials to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
• Conduct operational audits and oversee the management of training platforms.
• Facilitate step-down webinars and support the opening of new restaurant locations.

Required Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Robust background in restaurant operations and management.
• Superior organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in restaurant operations, especially within high-volume environments.
• Prior experience in restaurant training is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous collaboration with franchisees is a plus.
