Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with strategic associates, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor throughout the collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, proactively addressing needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to assess partner satisfaction and gather constructive feedback to enhance partnership experiences.
  • Design and implement an efficient onboarding process, ensuring partners are primed for success from the outset.
  • Develop and execute a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, promoting long-term growth and collaboration.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, facilitating partners in maximizing their potential with our offerings.
  • Provide extensive training and resources to partners, equipping them with essential tools and insights for success.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of any challenges.
  • Analyze partner data to uncover trends and areas for improvement, supporting success metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize strategies and optimize partner engagement.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation abilities, with a reputation for excellence among current clients.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret partner data and extract key insights.
  • Highly organized and enthusiastic about the integration of innovative project management tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in Spanish (both written and spoken) is strongly preferred.

  • A passionate advocate for early childhood education, with a comprehensive understanding of its significance.
  • Comfortable with outreach calls to engage educational providers and build rapport.
  • Availability for travel, including attendance at evening and weekend events as necessary to support our partners.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or elementary school teaching role, ideally within a public school context.
