Key Responsibilities
- Scrum Leadership: Act as Scrum Master for three or four Scrum teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
- Sprint Management: Guide teams in making reasonable sprint commitments, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Accountability & Metrics: Monitor sprint execution, hold teams accountable for commitments, and use Agile metrics to drive improvements.
- Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve blockers that impact team productivity and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Leadership to align sprint goals with business objectives.
- Agile Coaching: Mentor teams on Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably supporting multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
- Experience in a software development environment; familiarity with financial or enterprise software is a plus.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to balance servant leadership with accountability, ensuring teams stay focused and deliver results.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM) is preferred.

Working Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Periods of stress may occur.
This role may occasionally come into contact with Protected Health Information, Personal Identifiable Information or Privacy Records, and it is essential that all employees adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Harris’ Security and Privacy policies, as well as apply the concepts learned in the annual Security Awareness training.
