Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to design and execute educational programs tailored to Early Childhood students.
- Implement an adapted Responsive Classroom model during morning interactions, fostering positive peer and adult engagement.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and interaction.
- Reflect on and evaluate the effectiveness of lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Supervise classroom activities while supporting authentic assessment practices.
- Adapt to lead the classroom in the absence of the Lead Teacher for short durations (up to three days).
- Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance and necessary medical forms.
- Participate in various school functions and contribute to the planning of events.
