Remote Early Childhood Associate Teacher | WFH

We are in search of a passionate and committed Early Childhood Associate Teacher to join our dynamic team. This remote opportunity offers the chance to collaborate closely with our Lead Teacher to cultivate a nurturing and developmentally appropriate educational atmosphere. The successful candidate will engage with young learners, guiding them through meaningful educational experiences that resonate with our institution’s core values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to design and execute educational programs tailored to Early Childhood students.
• Implement an adapted Responsive Classroom model during morning interactions, fostering positive peer and adult engagement.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and interaction.
• Reflect on and evaluate the effectiveness of lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Supervise classroom activities while supporting authentic assessment practices.
• Adapt to lead the classroom in the absence of the Lead Teacher for short durations (up to three days).
• Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance and necessary medical forms.
• Participate in various school functions and contribute to the planning of events.

Qualifications
