Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Interview Facilitation: Coordinate and conduct interviews, utilizing structured interview techniques to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and efficient interview processes.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Experience in recruiting across various functions or industries is a plus.
  • Active interest in staying informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends.
