Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in IT support. This position requires a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Conduct research to identify solutions and improve IT processes.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills while interacting with team members and clients.
- Follow through and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Demonstrate proactive attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong research skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
